Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or by any other means — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances including winnings, without compensation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate and up to date. visa33 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated information submitted by a member.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the visa33 support team immediately.

The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP level. For exceptionally large jackpot wins, a staged payment arrangement may be mutually agreed upon between the member and visa33.
Welcome bonus up to RM 888 available to new visa33 members making their first deposit. The bonus is credited once the deposit has been successfully processed. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.

Weekly cashback awarded through the visa33 VIP Rewards Program is calculated based on net losses for each week (Monday to Sunday). Cashback is credited every Tuesday and carries a lower wagering requirement compared to standard bonuses.
Each member is entitled to one bonus per promotion offered. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or using different identity information will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

Suspected violations of these terms may be investigated before any action is taken. visa33 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering to the relevant authorities.

Before the closure is processed, any eligible balance will be withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Visa33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Once an account is terminated, the member will no longer be able to access the visa33 platform or its games. Any valid balance (cash not tied to any bonus or restriction) will be returned to the member via their original deposit method within 7 business days, unless the termination is due to fraud or a breach of applicable law.
Visa33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gameplay, technical disruptions, third-party connectivity issues, or system failures beyond visa33's control.
